washer.

Verify Leaks / take action if any Fuel/oil leaks
First, verify oil and fuel leaks. To do this look fuel line, look
if any filtrate of surplus oil or fuel of the pump. Even a small leak is found,
you do not neglect rather take regular observation along with repair.
To find water leak make on the water supply and then observe if
any leak in the water supply system or process.
Check Nozzles:
Find the nozzle carefully if there any debris clears it by unfolding paper clip then put water for the final wash.
- Observe hose connection, if any crack is found. To do this
open trigger then observes spring back function. If not up to the level you may
remove and set another new one.
- If you connect the garden source of water with
your pump to supply water for pressure washer examine filter because the filter
protects dirt. If required clean or set new filter.
- Fill the tank with
needed fuel. So, open cap, see the level if no fuel or less provide fuel as per
direction.
- You can check the dipstick to know
about engine oil if needed supply needed engine oil.
About air filter:
This air filter prevents dirt to get in. To make and keep it clean check and take special care when you operate your pressure washer at dirt place. At first, you take away the filter of the case. To remove the surplus dust put hit to it keeping adjacent to a solid surface just for a little time. Use a damp rag to wipe up it. However, if needed replace with a new one.
About storage:
Before storage, some important Acton is to do-
- Certainly, you wash your pump such a manner that there will be
no water or detergent in it.
- In case of using soap
keep away black soap nozzle, set green/white spray tip, make water flow with
this new tip to get away the soap .
- Pull off spray trigger after turning the engine off so that
rest water will get out.
Cut off the connection of pressure hose from spray gun then make
out water from hose. Keep the hose at the store.
Now you can store your washer-

- Dry with no dirt, far away of furnaces and dryers
-Cover your machine with a sheet by that air can pass it will
prevent dust
For long-time storage-
-It is wise to arrange fuel stabilizer. It will protect acid and
gum.
-You can make empty all the oil
- Do not keep store months with old grimy oil
- use pump saver
Maintenance is a vital action for your
pressure washer. You have to maintain your machine with following daily, weekly
and monthly schedule. Obviously, you should do some special works before storage
for a long reasonable time. Proper maintenance will offer you good service
